Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our apps have a "Restore Purchases" button in the settings or menu section. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and navigate to Settings or Menu
  2. Look for "Restore Purchases" or "Restore" button
  3. Tap the button and wait for the process to complete
  4. Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase

Important: Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Account, not your device. If you still have trouble restoring purchases, please contact us with your order ID or receipt.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update the app: Check the App Store or Google Play Store for the latest version
  2. Update your OS: Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
  3. Restart the app: Close the app completely and reopen it
  4. Restart your device: Power off and restart your phone or tablet
  5. Clear cache: On Android, go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Clear Cache
  6. Reinstall the app: Delete and reinstall the app (your purchases will be safe)

If the problem persists, please contact us with the following information:

  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S21)
  • Operating system version (e.g., iOS 17.2, Android 13)
  • App version
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recording if possible

All purchases made through our apps are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We (Demix Studio) do not have direct access to process refunds. You must request a refund directly from Apple or Google:

For iOS (Apple):
  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
For Android (Google Play):
  1. Visit Google Play Order History
  2. Find the purchase
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Note: Refund requests must typically be made within a certain timeframe (usually 48 hours to 14 days depending on your location). If you have issues with the refund process, you can contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Most of our apps are available for free download with basic features. Premium features and additional content may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Check each app's description on the App Store or Google Play Store for specific pricing details.

We occasionally offer promotional discounts and free trials for premium features. Follow us on social media or enable notifications to stay informed about special offers.

Yes! All of our piano and keyboard apps work completely offline. Once you've downloaded the app and any additional sound packs or content, you can use them without an internet connection.

An internet connection is only required for:

  • Initial app download
  • In-app purchases
  • Downloading additional content or sound packs
  • Checking for updates

MIDI keyboard support varies by app. Some of our professional apps like Arranger support MIDI keyboard input via USB or Bluetooth MIDI connections. Please check the specific app's description and settings for MIDI support details.

To connect a MIDI keyboard:

  1. Connect your MIDI keyboard via USB adapter (iOS) or USB/Bluetooth (Android)
  2. Open the app and go to Settings
  3. Look for MIDI settings and enable MIDI input
  4. Select your connected device from the list

Our apps are designed to work on a wide range of devices. General requirements:

iOS:
  • iOS 12.0 or later (iOS 14+ recommended)
  • Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  • Minimum 100MB free storage space
Android:
  • Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later (Android 8.0+ recommended)
  • Minimum 100MB free storage space
  • 1GB RAM or more recommended

For the best experience, we recommend using a recent device with updated OS. Check each app's store listing for specific requirements.
